Hi @dreambug01.  Thanks for your post, I am sorry to know that you do not recognize the name in your account. You can change the name on your account on the web (up to 2 characters) if it's misspelled, and only once after creating your PayPal account. I would suggest you to login to the account and change the name as per your identity, it would take 3-5 business days to update your name. Hi @Vasart . Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting! I apologize for the inconvenience which has been caused while logging in to your PayPal account. When you move to a new country, you need to close your PayPal account and open a new account with your new address. Kindly call us on UK number to close the account. Here are the steps to get to the contact options:  1. Go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website.  2. Then click the 'Contact customer service’ link at the bottom of the page.  3. From here, click the 'Password and Account Access' option.  4. Then 'Login Problems'.  5.
