Lost access

Hello,

I'm Alin [removed]. Lost access to my UK Account PayPal. Now I created a Romania PayPal Account so I can find some answers.

I have an old phone number that is not in use anymore attached to my UK Account. Forgot to update my new phone number before I changed my provider. What can I do?

Hi @Vasart . Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting! I apologize for the inconvenience which has been caused while logging in to your PayPal account. When you move to a new country, you need to close your PayPal account and open a new account with your new address. Kindly call us on UK number to close the account.
Here are the steps to get to the contact options: 

1. Go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. 
2. Then click the 'Contact customer service’ link at the bottom of the page. 
3. From here, click the 'Password and Account Access' option. 
4. Then 'Login Problems'. 
5. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' or 'Message Us' option to select.
