Hello. Quite urgent. I just made a SHEIN order and my debit card got charged. I went to look in the app and it still says my items are unpaid. So, I went to check PayPal app and there is no evidence of the payment even being processed. I contacted my bank and they said I should contact PayPal. Please help.
