Payment not going through with shein

I'm trying to buy something with my Paypal credit on shein. It says its redirecting me to shein but then just reloads the checkout page and no money is remove nor is the order made. I don't get any emails about the payment either. I've contacted shein and they've said it's a problem on Paypal's side
