No Suppose i Have Indian Paypal and I sent someone Invoice to Uniter states and He Wanna pay that Invoice with Prepaid Card Will he able to Pay Easily without problem.... And What about If That Go through Will Paypal Hold Money for 21 Days before me to Withdrwal or I can easily Withdrwal instantly with delay as because the Invoice been Payment Done!
