I recently sold something on ebay and the seller paid me via pay pal. I received an email from ebay saying I owed them $17. I have no idea why but that is not my question. My question is How come ebay can just take money out of my paypal account without my authorization? I didn't authorize this transaction. This makes me feel like paypal and ebay have something connecting them. Since paypal has my bank information I now feel my bank account is a risk. This makes me want to close down my PayPal account.
