Olivia, thanks for getting back to me.. This was not an ebay transaction so the funds are not on hold status. i have not tried in 2 days to touch account, but before that when i did try to transfer it would give me triangle with warning sign saying there is a problem. Im almost scared to try it again so it cant be knocked back.
