OK, here is the situation... Strangely, I received a payment from someone when I had not put anything up for sale.. Curious about it, I sat on it for a couple days.. I did try calling the "buyer" several times, but they did not pickup, and I did not leave a message... Shortly, the payment was put on "hold", and a case was raised by the person that erroneously paid me. I promptly issued a full refund.. In the case dispute.. I think the buyer may have claimed that I never shipped an item.... When I said my part in the dispute, I mentioned that I never put anything up for sale, and that the person must have paid me by mistake. They said the case was resolved in favor of the buyer.. So... no harm no foul, whatever, right? Wrong. I'm now getting hit with a $15 "dispute fee". I tried to re-issue the case, but it was auto-denied. This is very unfair if you ask me. Please, is there anyway that this can be reversed?!
