I sent my money to scammer . Can you help me please with that? I thought that holder of this account is seller but my friend from America told me that they are scammers. I bought shoes from one account on instagram and she gave to me paypal account where I payed my money. But after that I asked my friend from instagram if that acount is scammer and he confirmed to me it. Can you help me please with that? I have all conversation with this scammer and also conversation with my friend who confirmed it to me that it is scammer. He gave me also correct email to real sellers which also confirmed to me that this account holder is not theirs but it is scammer. Can you help me please? Sorry for my English but I only learn it. Also I know that you can understand me what is my problem Please can you resolve my issue? Or can you give me advice how can I get my money back? hallo I am problem, I am new on paypal, I Received refund from china  because I cancelled my order. The merchandise stay with them and my money stay with you.  what does it mean that you holding my money? I payed her  with transferwise but they can not payed with transferwise only receive. now she sent my money through the paypal because they only can use paypal for transfer money. only because of that she refund me I created account on paypal but you holded my money. Can you solve it? I want my money back. When it will be working like that in future that you be holding my money every time when I will be waiting for refund I delete my account in this moment. Nowhere I saw problem like that only on your paypal. First experience with paypal and it will happen to me right away. this is the worst experience with receiving or sending money to abroad which I do not had it with enyone company through which I sent money or I received. Hallo I received money from friend from china, she refunds me my order what I cancelled. Merchandise stayed with them. I refused merchandise a I asked refund from her because merchandise I don't like it. She sent my money back. But you holds my money. What does it mean? I am new on paypal.
