Hello, My account is business and I use it to purchase goods only. I do not sell using it and I do not receive money on it. Lately the vendor sent a payment request to me and when I paid it from my credit card, I was told that my account is limited and the payment is on hold. The buyer has not receive the payment although it is deducted from my credit card. I tried to contact any human on PayPal but there is no one. They send the mails from no-reply mail. In the resolution center, they ask about the goods I sell and how I ship them. I responded several times that I do not sell but they keep asking the same questions. Anyone knows what should I do?
