How do I open a ticket to get this electronically? I requested a paper copy over a month ago and never received it. I really need it right away and when I called in (a month ago) the person I spoke to wouldn't report it to tech support and told me to 'try again later' - it is still not working on multiple browsers.

I'm still not seeing it in my main PP dashboard - it's been 4-5 days at this point. How are we supposed to pay our bill and access our info - I've tried going in through the last email they sent after a payment, but it's showing an error, too. Anyone else having any luck with this?
