Same thing happened to me.  In my case transaction May 29, 2022 purchase: 84.94 and July 31, 2022 Refund 71.99. Issues: 1. The refund process should not just issue a refund and automatically close the dispute, without first asking for confirmation. 2. PayPal's email confirmation should explain why the refund amount is less than the transaction amount when it occurs! 3. One should not have to jump through all the hoops to get customer support to issue a voucher for the shipping cost refund. 4. How many customers don't bother with this hassle? 5. And who is pocketing the difference? Is this a nefarious act?                If it is the vendor then they are laughing all the way to the bank!                If PayPal then shame on you!                If the 3rd party vendor providing the service them shame on them! If there is a bug in the 3rd party software where shipping is "accidently" being  excluded, then all occurrences should retroactively be addressed  for the "shipping cost not included in the refund" bug!   ... Hello Iris. As I have already stated. Both of us have contacted Customer Services and got nowhere. Hello @Gman141,   Welcome to PayPal Community! I am unsure what you are referring to. Is this in reference to PayPal Credit? If so, it is not the same as cash. Typically, if you are waiting six months to access your balance, it sounds like your account may have become limited and not closed. Is your account permanently limited? If so, the balance is not transferred automatically. You will need to manually transfer the funds to your bank/card. Please keep in mind that not all withdrawal options are available. If you'd like to discuss this further and identify how you can withdraw, please contact Customer Support directly by clicking Contact and then Message Us (when available) at the bottom of the PayPal website.
