Most folks don't have the time to keep calling PayPal over & over until they finally find someone who will agree to refund their money. Perhaps you could help those who "might" wish to waste their time with a phone number & name of a person @ PayPal who refunded your money to you. The only solution that I feel is acceptable is for folks to stop using PayPal altogether for paying for ANYTHING they might buy. Hi @Ksenia183,   Thank you for your post!   If you confirmed both cards, unless there was an issue, they should appear as a funding source, You mentioned both cards were charged. If you went through the full confirmation process with entering the code from your statement, and they still don't show as an option, I'd recommend reaching customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. If you make a purchase on Ebay using PayPal, and can't cancel the purchase successfully, Ebay may have their own process for this type of situation. If there is an error with the measurements which may affect the pricing of the shipment, USPS will typically charge any necessary additional costs at a later time.
