Hi @Helper104,   Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community!   When using Pay in 3, while payments are scheduled for specific dates, you can make payments prior to the scheduled date. Regarding potential security issues with refunding the money, please rest assured, your PayPal account and financial information are not exposed when issuing a refund. However, if you keep the funds sent to you, you could risk receiving a dispute to recover the funds. When issuing a refund on a goods and services transaction, we do retain the processing fee. However, since the funds were sent in error, we'd be happy to assist further. In this situation, it's best to reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
