Hello guys, I recently got my Paypal account temporarily limited, when I click "see details" to have more information about the issue, it says to check my primary email for instructions regarding additional required documentation. It has been a while but I still did not receive an email from Paypal. I also tried contacting Paypal from their message center but the Paypal assistant always prompts me with "I'm sorry, but no customer support agents are available at the moment.
