Hello friends how are you ? I want to know why cant i use my paypal balance to make purchase or simply send to another user, my paypal account its a bussines account, and we dont have any case in the resolution center. We try for example send money to china in USD and to portugal in euros but the only option that paypal give us its use the credit card or bank account. Thanks very much.
