Help to use my paypal balance !

Hello friends how are you ?

I want to know why cant i use my paypal balance to make purchase or simply send to another user, my paypal account its a bussines account, and we dont have any case in the resolution center. 

We try for example send money to china in USD and to portugal in euros but the only option that paypal give us its use the credit card or bank account. Thanks very much.

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

If you need to use your balance internationally then the funds have to be in the correct currency.

Paypal won't automatically convert funds in your balance during the payment process only when you use a bank account or card.

So you would need to make sure they are in the correct currency AND mark that currency as the primary currency in your paypal wallet before making that transaction.

Also you would need to put the balance option as your preferred funding choice here.......

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
