@TPH1 Sorry, you won't be able to open a dispute until transaction(s) is marked as completed. Right now the money has not been captured yet by the merchant, hence why its 'pending'. If the payments are not captured, the authorizations will expire within 30 days. Beyond 30 days, contact your card issuer (if that is how you paid) to void the authorizations. Once you are able to open disputes, open them as item not received. Do not dispute as unauthorized transaction because no one broke into your account to make these transactions otherwise PayPal will close your cases unresolved.
