Hello I made a purchase from box.co.uk on the 4th December 2020 and they refund the amount on the 8th December. The amount is still showing as "refund pending" almost a week after the initial refund was started. I am significantly out of pocket due to this delay an incurring fees from my bank! Please can someone from Paypal please get back to me with the reason why it is taking so long. thank you
