hi. so for a long time I had a basic paypal account then recently updated my personal information email address and so on it then added my visa debit card. I sold something on eBay for a friend and had payment through my PP account that was all good then I tryed to send the money from my PP to my friends PP which came back wth error message to try again later which I did same thing happend and a long story short it triggered unusual activity and had a temporary limitation put on my PP so I followed the steps submitted my I.d then requested the code to confirm my Visa Debit Card and today I got the code from my bank and submitted it it said completed card now verified bla bla spoke to customer services they said 24-72 hrs to review the submitted I.d &the spending and withdrawal limits had been lifted cos I confirmed my card and although temp limitations were still in place i was now allowed to send money! So what I'm asking is does that mean I can send money from my available PayPal balance to a friend or family members PP? I'm assuming it means can't use PayPal at the checkout/can't use as payment method or pay invoices/payment requests n also cant make withdrawals???
