I was supposed to receive a refund from ETS for $106.50 3-4 days ago (10 business day :D). I contacted ETS regarding same they said they forwarded the refund to paypal (as I paid by paypal) but I can't see any activity on my profile page. I am unsure as to how to proceed with this. I tweeted this on tweeter and Sent a message to Customer support but not sure when they will reply there. Any idea as to how should I be proceeding forward?
