Dear community, Being unable to ship items to a customer, he open a paypal case (which is his right, no worries with that). I kindly tried to issue a refund but it says i have no funds (99% of the time i use paypal to buy things, not to sell). After i tried to add funds, straight from the case (after clicking issue a full refund), it doesn't allow me, since no bank is linked but just my mastercard. So i just back to the summary and i see it turned my balance to "negative". In this way, i managed to pay that "negative" invoice with my mastercard. I can see the transaction in the recent activit (+ xxx as "Transfer from credit card"). And my balance is back to 0 again. But the case still open, the refund to the buyer seems not done at all. So my question is: Where is the money gone? What happend? Why isn't the case closed? Why is my balance on 0 if the money got from my mastercard to paypal, and then disapear? Why i got a negative paypal balance, but customer didn't got refunded and/or case didn't got closed. I think it's clearly a paypal bug. Hope to find a solution, maybe i just need to wait.
