My account tells me I need to send in documents to make sure my account hasn't been hacked. The message on the resolution board says "Check your Primary Email for Instructions regarding Additional Required Documentation". After checking my email and reading the prompts, it does not tell me what documents I need to send to get this resolved. What do I need to send? My account tells me that my bank and debit card is linked with no issue. (Side note: it's been a while since I've tried resolving this because I haven't needed to use Paypal, but I wanted to get back into it. My account was never hacked, I believe I just made some purchases on a website that PayPal considered sketchy.)
