I bought online e-gaming accounts on oct. 30,2020 and paid for them via PayPal. The seller sent me the required log in information for the accounts upon me sending payment. The seller is now telling me the money is still on hold for now 27 days. He has taken back control of the accounts and locked me out. I am now without possession of my money and the products I paid for. I filed a dispute and have heard nothing in return from paypal. The seller will not issue refund as he says he never received the funds. He has sent screenshots showing me the money is still on hold. What is holding the money up and how do I get my refund as I now don’t even have what I paid for? Does PayPal not have a phone number with customer support?
