I saw a similar question to this posted about a year ago, but it did not have a clear answer, so figured I'd try asking. My paypal account is relatively new, & I recently sent a few invoices for the first time. I have already verified all necessary information for my account, as far as I can tell. The problem I'm having occurs when I try to update the tracking information for the invoices. All of them are currently marked as pending, & I need to update them to Order Processed (no tracking number needed). However, every time I hit submit on the update tracking page, I get an error message. If I attempt to do this on desktop, I cannot leave the page/access any other page on Paypal; it seemingly gets stuck on the error message or the update tracking page. I know there are sometimes extra holds for new users, but this seems to be an issue unrelated to that; also, I do need to confirm that the order has been processed & is not outstanding. I previously tried messaging support about this, & they did not offer a solution that worked (& seemed to not understand that I cannot update the tracking info - which was the entire reason I was even messaging them). Does anyone have any possible explanations for this? I will try contacting support again, but I'm getting concerned, since it has been over a week now & nothing has changed/been resolved.
