PayPal, please respond as to why it is so difficult to extend your quality of service to your seller clientele. Why is it so difficult to get an answer or explanation. Especially in times such as these, if you’re going to sever someone’s revenue stream or cripple their business, in times when smaller businesses and sellers are possibly struggling the most. The least you can do is offer an explanation or room for a dialogue. You tend to treat fraudulent buyers with more respect.
