Woke up this morning to a message stating that our business account had been closed, no further information, no additional details, not even a call to check if everything was good. After 10+ years of doing business with Paypal, and no issues, our account was closed and this really screws us up in the middle of the holiday season no-less. Any recommendations on how we can actually get a hold of someone who can help us understand what the issue was or is? Is there any way to get this reactivated? We combed our activity and there was nothing out of the ordinary that we can see, so I am wondering if we were just targeted by paypal, or if there was something else that the 'backoffice' team noticed. Was out information at risk? No one can tell us anything... no better yet, no one is willing to tell us anything. Paypal, please get a hold of us so that we can at least understand wth is going on, or there is anything we need to look out for incase there was a paypal breach. Thanks
