My account has been limited for 2 weeks now . I've provided all the info needed (my id , number etc.) but I always got rejected in the utility bill part (even though I put my bank statement as asked in that section and it has the same address as my PayPal) . This is probably because I don't own a business (sold my old clothes on Grailed.com and live with my parents) . I've tried telling anyone on PayPal about it and all they say is "We will call a specialist for you soon" and nothing happened . I just want to know what should I do now ? I want to talk to a human being that could solve my problem.
