Hello, I have subscribed to one of the antivirus programs and I didn't say anywhere that it is an auto-renewal payment. So after 6 months, it automatically deducted the payment which it was ($65). I filed a dispute in PayPal and I got contacted by the AntiVirus company, they told me to close the dispute first then we will decide whether they should refund me or not. TBH it sounds fishy. Do you think I should do it or keep the dispute up until PayPal interfere? Thank you.
