I cannot access my account because verification codes are being sent to my old phone number, which I do not have access to. There are several similar questions on this Forum. I have not seen any solution provided other than to contact customer service. Your customer service team are not taking calls on this issue. Paypal, your social media bots are useless. Your resolution center and message center options require log-in to access these facilities. I obviously cannot log in. My question is, how do I change the phone number on the account without logging in? As paypal aren't bothered to provide support, I would be grateful if anyone else had a solution to this issue.
