So, I've been selling off all the stuff I've collected over the years... Started last year in earnest. Tried to purchase postage tonight and unable to access my money. LIMITATIONS WTF? And I see it wants receipts for the stuff I've sold (as if I have receipts for all the things I've collected over the years--especially the hundreds and hundreds of Pokemon cards I collected and stored away 20 years ago). And to top off the indignity, it wants me to prove I fulfilled the orders for which I was denied funds to purchase postage for !!! WTF? And a photo ID---apparently I didn't need one uploaded for 15 years but now I do??? What is going on?
