I agree... logically the only reasoning could be PayPal wanting to hold your money and therefore make money off it -OR- a stupid program algorithm that gets invoked that PayPal doesn't care about fixing. No matter. eBay kicked them to the curb and now eBay is going without them. Does it save you money? Likely not AND now you have to give your bank account information to eBay... like half the websites out here haven't been hacked already. Sigh... can't wait till I'm done selling my stuff so I can GTFOOD.
