I send my customer a monthly invoice - they pay each month with a credit card. Since last month, for the past two invoices, when they try to pay, they are getting an error message "We're sorry, things don't appear to be working right now". I searched through my account settings and I cannot find anything that could be causing this nor can I find something that has changed (the customer has been paying this monthly invoice for many years) Can anyone shine a light to this?
