Hello Community! I was issued a refund from Ebay on the 10th of October and still haven't gotten anything sent to my bank account or my paypal. EBay did provide me with a transaction number but its so difficult to get in touch with PayPal via phone. If anyone has requested a refund and have received it how long did it take, and did it go to your PayPal or bank account?
