So as the title says, I haven't been able to make any purchases for the last 4 months and I don't even know why. I contacted customer support and they all told me the same thing: "Your account is limited". Well, the thing is, I didn't receive an email saying that my account is limited and WHY it was limited (that's if it really is limited first of all). I checked the resolution center, which they told me to do so, and it doesn't say my account is limited. I sent pictures and the support didn't even look at them..... (I'm posting the image of my resolution center here). So, I don't know anymore. Has this happened to anyone? Does anyone know what's going on? no cases in your queue, and at the top it says "we're here to help" I also checked my notification and nothing.
