Hi, I made a paypal account under my mom's name and date of birth (with her permission) since I am under aged and have to study abroad. I am trying to confirm my account identity, but the current address that I reside in don't match with the profile of my mother's passport which has a country residency different from the country I currently reside in. The message centre have direct me to use my bank statement for the address and my mom's passport for the profile information, however when I try it doesn't work. Thank you.
