Okay so on Saturday morning I sent my friend $700 then she refunded me the money back but she told me the money came out of her account and not my refund, so I refunded her money back to her. But the original $700 I sent was in her account but isn’t in either one of our accounts. I know if she didn’t accept the First $700 where did it go? Is it getting refunded back to me because she didn’t accept it? I know after 30 days It should be refunded to my account? But it’s not in either one of our accounts? ... View more

So early Saturday morning around 4 AM, I tried to sent my friend a money payment, but she can’t accept the amount in her PayPal because she needs her ID and social security card to verify her account. She is from a different country and the ID she has, is just for working legally and PayPal won’t accept it. She does not have an US issued Social Security card either. Therefore she can not accept the amount unless she has this verification. My question is how can she be verified to accept the amount with her Documentation she has, if possible? but if not how can she refund the amount to me? ... View more

So I did a transfer from my PayPal account to my bank card early Saturday morning around 5 AM, I’m sure it was an instant transfer but it’s not showing up in my account, I know instant transfers are supposed to be within minutes. So is this transfer going to be within my account in 1-3 business days and without a fee? Or will it be within account on Monday and I’ll still have a transfer fee? ... View more
