Hello all, A month ago, there was unauthorized activity on my account and money was transferred to the intruder's prepaid card. I reported it in the resolution center and the case was closed the next day in my favor, with PayPal saying I would have the money refunded to my account. To this day, the refund has not appeared in my account. I've tried reaching out to PayPal support through Facebook and Twitter messaging, each time I get a hold of an agent they say they'll escalate it to a "specialist" who will reach out to me. However, said "specialist" never reaches out after weeks of waiting. Trying to call has been impossible too as nobody answers. Has anyone else been experiencing this issue, and any suggestions on what I should do next Thanks in advance.
