I've been trying to get a new Crunchyroll subscription but I keep getting the same message Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support. I also keep getting a message from Paypal that my "Billing Agreement with Crunchyroll has been cancelled". The Crunchyroll support base suggested deleting the payment agreement in Paypal, but that's already listed as inactive. They also suggested adding PayPal as a payment method on mobile, but that didn't work either. Crunchyroll's settings don't even include the option for PayPal, only for a debit or credit card.
