This company is the worst company you will every deal with.  They wait out ...paypal timelines for resolutions and then....7 months later mark your return "RTS" unopened and send the package back to you....no refund and you are left with the junk they sent you in the first place.   PAYPAL SHOULD STOP doing business with them as they are dishonest and scammers.   Worst purchase every made....and the worst part is Paypal is still letting them do business and not providing refunds to clients.   This goes beyond what Paypal is supposed to stand for....which is making sure clients who use paypal for payment do not get ripped off.   Yes 7 months later.....sent back RTS....and now the paypal case is closed.  Unbelievable!!!!! ... Actually, I have received an email from PP asking me to submit more information.  Except I cannot find the place in which this is to occur on their site!  2 messages to PP customer service have not been returned. I will try the phone but have about zero faith in PP right now.  Apparently they are allowing many bait and switch scammers to thrive on their website to the expense of their buyers.  There are many, many messages on this board with the same complaint from a LOT of buyers.  I discovered that one of the Chinese scammer companies was using about 10 different names. ... I'm currently living in China. So now, despite closing the dispute of the money I sent to the other person's account and saying they could not refund me, I had to confirm if I had sent it or not in a text message and when I refused, I was refunded. The money that has been swapped between my Chinese account and British account is still in limbo. The dispute I opened on my Chinese account for those two transactions says closed with no refund issued; however the two transactions on my British account are still marked as open in dispute and the money is frozen. So I do not have the money in my English account and the dispute is open there, but my refund has been denied on my Chinese account with no money returned.  Is this likely to change and my money returned as it is still open on my British account?  ... The call back option without losing your place in line is no longer an option the only option they give youI now is to message them in message center I know this bc I stayed on hold for over 2 hours last night and never got to talk to anyone. i was scammed by a Facebook advertiser. i submitted an order for $113.18 to an online store, never received shipment. when i disputed the charge, PayPal "investigated" and found a UPS tracking number that supposedly confirmed that my package had been delivered. when i traced that tracking number, it came back to an Amazon purchase that i had made during the same timeframe. both orders had been thru my PayPal balance. the only entity that had shipping info for BOTH orders was PayPal, therefore PayPal MUST BE cooperating with these online scammers. Purchase not recieved and dispute denied

The tracking number the seller provided shows the package was delivered by usps to my mailbox at 9:57am. I immediately thought that was strange as my mail carrie never comes before2:00pm. I checked my mailbox and there was no package. That afternoon I saw my mail carrier delivering mail and asked her about the package delivery that morning. She said had not delivered it and I should contact my post office. I gave the person at the post office the tracking number and it and it showed it was labeled and delivered to an address that is not mine. I provided documentation to PayPal from the post office showing the tracking number the seller provided me and delivery address which is not mine. In summary, the seller shipped a package to an address that is not mine using the tracking number that they provided me and paypal denies my claim because they say the seller shows the package was delivered. How can Paypal deny my claim when I provided them documentation for USPS that the package was shipped to another address by the seller? ... View more
