Actually, I have received an email from PP asking me to submit more information.  Except I cannot find the place in which this is to occur on their site!  2 messages to PP customer service have not been returned. I will try the phone but have about zero faith in PP right now.  Apparently they are allowing many bait and switch scammers to thrive on their website to the expense of their buyers.  There are many, many messages on this board with the same complaint from a LOT of buyers.  I discovered that one of the Chinese scammer companies was using about 10 different names. ... There are many Chinese companies running this kind of bait and switch scam using many names for each company.  I have just received the wrong product, filed a claim and have been offered a full refund if I return the wrong product to the vendor.  Not only do I not feel I should have to fund return postage, but the email with the offer gives the company name and address in CHINESE. (I am in the US!) Have now tried to contact PP customer service twice over 3 days by message from the  website and have got zero response.  Today, got an email telling me that they are still waiting for a response and, in spite of their instructions, cannot find the place on PP to provide this information.   Seems pretty clear that routine correspondence regarding resolutions is NEVER looked on by human eyes but routinesly reeled off computers ... or else I would imagine that a US company (PP), their bank for credit (Synchrony) would notice that the info they are feeding to customers is NOT IN THE LANGUAGE OF THE TRANSACTION.  My confidence in PP is now at zero.   ... Different company, different product, same SCAM.  I messaged PP support 2 days ago and again today.  Have not received any response.  Got the company name and address info in Chinese in the email confirming to offer of a settlement as have others.  PP now asking me for more info ... I want to tell them the address they provided is in Chinese (I am in the US) and do not feel I should be paying return shipping for an item I did NOT order or want.  BUT, I cannot find the place on their website to provide this information!!  What a horror.     ALSO  --- there are many companies using numerous names on PayPal pulling this same bait and switch scam on a variety of products.  I think that Synchrony Bank, who is running PayPal Credit, should be made aware that they, through PayPal, are participating in fraudulent practices in the US. ...
