Hello, I bought something on Gearbest using Paypal but then, reading some online forum, I realised that the seller probably put the wrong amount on the product so I cancel my order and request a refund but it didn't answer my email. In the meantime I opened a case with Paypal putting the wrong category by mistake (unauthorised transaction) and Paypal closed my case and there is no way to reopen it or open another case for the same transaction. How can I solve the issue? I just want my money back and I really don't understand why Paypal doesn't allow me to reply to a closed case or change the category. Thank you
