Can anyone without a bank account tell me if they are using Netspend with no issues with Paypal????????? I've seen all the rev about netSpend. I signed up Got immediate access to my routing # Add to paypal, paypal excepted it. sent 2 deposits to the card Recieved email that paypa made the 2 deposits. Recieved cards in mail a week later activated it with netspend Add the card to my Paypal account and got his message: This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card. Still no deposit shown in my account. Waiting for response from NetSpend. Now I've seen some say this same thing, one saying his repsonse from Netspend said everything good on there side and to contact paypal, because nothing is blocking the deposits, but they show no deposits were recieved. A rep on here told someone they need a "traditional bank account" I've seen other say they've had not problem using NetSpend with paypal at all, without an account. So have rules changed so that we can't use NetSpend without a traditional bank account? So if there's anyone out ther using netSpend here without a bank account succesfully, please help.
