I made a paypal account years ago and forgot all about it. Now I am trying to make a new one but I can't link my credit card because it is being used by my old one. I have no access to my old email so I can't recover it's password. How do I recover my old account without access to email or unlink my credit card from it so I can link it to my new one. Thanks!
