I am a seller on bonanza and I use PayPal as my pay check. So there are three customers that want their money back because they did not read the description right. Basically they needed their item by a certain date and failed to mention it to me. I said that i'll give them their money back through paypal. I tried doing that at it said account limitations and they needed some papers which I sent back in August and still haven't received any status of my paper. After that, I started to sell a lot and they then started pending my money and i have to provide shipping every time which is tedious. When I tried to refund money back to the customers that requested it, it said "insufficient funds" which surprised me because I sent money to my paypal account. They said to resolution center and I did, there was nothing for me there, everything looked normal. I don't know to do anymore, I called customer service and messaged them since August and they are not helping. Please someone help me
