Hello, the game development team which I represent, earns it's income through sales of virtual currency applicable in our mobile game (we're still a small team of just a few people). The virtual currency can be redeemed into a variety of digital items or premium membership on our application. While the majority of customers do not cause us issues, there are those, who initiate fraudulent disputes like "Unauthorized Access" or "Item not received" after they get bored of the game (or for other reasons) and PayPal sides with them, as we cannot provide any tracking information. There is no reason for us not to cooperate with the buyer, because it does not cost us anything to correct a mistake (if one had occurred) and it would be less time demanding too. It does not seem right that PayPal can access our personal money and just take it away from us without a court order, but I understand that it's their service and they make the rules, but because of it, we're considering other alternatives to PayPal, which are more seller friendly. My question is, is there a way to setup the transactions so it clearly states that the item is a digital item and that the delivery is instant (so such a dispute is not valid), so PayPal does not side with the scammers?
