A while back I sent money using my bank account, I realised I had made a mistake and asked the person to refund it, which they did straight away, the money showed up in my account, the refund showed as pending on my PayPal. I then paused the seller using my band credit card, which all went through fine. Today I get an email saying that the echeck has cleared, I log on to see that the refund is still pending, but now I have had the whole amount deducted from my PayPal balance, leaving it negative....... what happened and how do I fix it?
