I cant withdraw money from my account. I have sent a message to PayPal via Message Center, they told me to clear cache to reinstall app etc, and to wait until today at 13:00 my tine. I did all that and still i cant withdraw money from my Business account. I use the mobile app and the website logged only on 1 computer I don't use proxies, i use the same IP address from my City, Country I had no chargebacks until now i have sent all documents that they requested, i just cant understand the issue.
