When I was traveling in Australia in 2009 I opened my Paypal account. I am a Dutch citizen and also live in the Netherlands. I want to keep using this account but my account is limited. And here is where all the problems start. I am signed up with an Australian address. This is just the address of the hostel I used to stay and they forwarded my email. I can't change my address, it has to be an Australian one. I opened a ticket and Paypal replied that in order to keep using my account we have to close it so I can keep using it with the same e-mail address. I can't close it as my account is limited. From this point Paypal help has been sending me in circles. They ask me to upload a new passport. However I did this 3 years ago and there are green checkmarks with no upload button. Paypal doesn't recognize this issue. It gets really annoying when I contact them, Paypal representatives don't seem to take to read in on the issue, only replying to my last message and keep sending me in circles. What can I do?
