The paypal resolution process is garbage. They asked me to explain myself but never stated what I was supposed to explain. I submitted my driver's license (twice, they didn't want it the first time?), as well as docs supporting the other two points. However, when viewing the actual subject in question via their resolution center, the description boxes were empty so I never had any specific information to respond to. After messaging them with a screenshot of the bad resolution center, their response was similarly vague, something like, "We've noticed suspicious activity on your account. Can you describe those transactions? Have you been buying or selling stuff?" Sure, except I haven't taken part in any transactions that seem suspicious to me, and I'm not going to shoot in the dark and describe all my transactions considering how frequently I use paypal. It seems ridiculous to tell someone essentially, "I don't like what you're doing, explain yourself," and then banning them when they ask what they need to explain. Does anybody know what action to take moving forward? I'm irritated enough with Paypal I'd be happy never using them again, but using ebay tends to require Paypal. Is the path forward just making a new account and never trusting them to do the right thing again?
